Who I am

I am a creative therapist, chaotic administrator, catastrophic sportsperson-news-watcher-weather-checker-political-follower, casual writer, devoted mother, challenging wife, avid hiker and I am passionate about the psyche. YOUR psyche.

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves — not just through tests and labels, but through meaningful insight into how their minds work. I became a psychologist because I am good at empowering people and although therapy is hard work (for both of us), it is also rewarding, meaningful and magic! With over three decades of experience in psychology, education and career development, I bring a warm, intuitive and informed approach to every assessment. My practice blends scientific assessment with creative tools like brain mapping, Jungian typology and symbolic thinking to guide learners, parents and teachers toward clarity and growth.

Whether you're a parent worried about school performance, a teenager exploring career paths, or a teacher looking for professional input — I’m here to help shape progress in an empowering and respectful way.

As a trained therapist, experienced psychometric assessor and workshop facilitator my goal is to empower people to find meaning in their lives. I use different counselling techniques, storytelling and practical, creative exercises to teach clients how to take action towards change and be accountable for their lives.

My Approach

I believe that assessment should be more than a diagnosis — it should be a discovery. Each report, profile and session is a conversation between the mind and its potential.

Tools I make use of:
  • Psychometric testing (IQ, aptitude, interest, personality and various others)
  • Emotional and cognitive profiling
  • Brain quadrant models and shape-based thinking
  • Jungian frameworks and narrative reflection
