After exploring your mental strengths and interests you should have a look at your unique talents in your personality type. At Brainometry we refer to it as your personality shape. Your personality shape gives an indication of your inborn dominant personality functions and in what career fields you would function comfortably. We all respond differently to the world because we all see things through our own filters. Your unique view influences your behaviour and is formed by your own individual perceptions and beliefs. Despite these individual differences people respond to the world in similar ways too. These similarities allow us to categorise them in broad groups that describe typical behaviour for that group.
